About Solar Rescue SoCal

Solar Rescue SoCal is an independent solar information and referral website for Southern California homeowners. We publish plain-English guidance on the problems homeowners actually run into — systems that stop producing, installers that disappear, monitoring that goes dark, batteries that suddenly make financial sense — and we connect readers who want hands-on help with a licensed installer.

Who does the work

All service inquiries from this site are referred to Brightstone Renewable Energy, a Brightstone Electric company, California contractor license #1086871. Brightstone performs every inspection, quote, repair and installation itself. In business since 2017 with 500+ projects completed, a 25-year workmanship warranty, and a 5.0-star rating on Google, Yelp and Thumbtack, Brightstone is an electricians-first company: solar, batteries, EV chargers, generators and electrical upgrades from one licensed crew.

Solar Rescue SoCal is not a contractor, does not employ installers, and does not inspect, quote or install anything. We are also not Brightstone: this site is independently operated, and the referral relationship is disclosed here and next to every inquiry form on the site.

How an inquiry flows

1. You call, text or send the form. Calls and texts go straight to Brightstone at (626) 888-7237. Form submissions are shared with Brightstone for the sole purpose of responding to you.
2. Brightstone responds. Questions, an inspection if needed, and a clear price before any work — directly from the people who will do the work.
3. No obligation. A conversation costs nothing and there is no obligation; whether to proceed is entirely your call.
